Our craft

Dough, time, and Italian ingredients

Every day our dough is kneaded on site and left to mature for more than 48 hours. That slow rise is what gives a real artisan pizza its lightness, its aroma and its beautiful open crumb.

We source our ingredients directly in Italy: Mozzarella fior di latte, 125 g Burrata, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Bresaola Punta d'Anca, spicy Spianata, Italian tomatoes and creams, extra-virgin olive oil and fresh herbs.
