One family,
one passion

NOFA stands for NOtre FAmille (Our Family) — NOstra FAmiglia in Italian. A story written together, around the same table.

With Roman origins, we've been sharing our cuisine with you since 2018 in Bordeaux, and 2020 in Arcachon. Our home is Italian authenticity, southern generosity and the simple joy of good food.

Our dough is homemade, kneaded on site and shaped by hand, after a 48-hour fermentation. Our products are mainly DOP and IGP certified, imported directly from Italy.
