Have you ever tried our trompe-l'œil?

Our trompe-l'œil desserts have become one of the house signatures. A lemon in exact lemon form, which reveals — once cut — a lemon mousse in two textures, a whipped ganache and a tangy heart. A cocoa pod with a crunchy shell hiding a praline mousse and a nocciolata heart.

Alongside these creations, we also offer great classics revisited: the Nofamisù, our version of Tiramisù with homemade gianduja shavings; the Torta Caprese, the traditional chocolate and almond cake from Capri, served with salted butter caramel and whipped cream.

Our craft

The art of trompe-l'œil

A trompe-l'œil is not a decoration. It's a construction. You need a precise mould to achieve the form, a crunchy shell that reproduces the outer texture, and inside a play of contrasting textures — mousses, ganaches, creams, crumbles — revealed when cut.

Our lemon has the exact shape of a lemon, down to the small imperfections of the skin. Our cocoa pod looks like a real pod with its rough coating. That moment when you break the shell is what gives all the pleasure — and that's exactly what we're after.

Our classics — Nofamisù and Torta Caprese — are held to the same standard: the gianduja is homemade, so is the salted butter caramel, and the whipped cream is made to order. No shortcuts.
